Essential Oils Guide

Essential oils are healthy for our planet, naturally very effective and versatile. By choosing to use these plant-derived fragrant gifts from nature’s rich apothecary to replace chemical-based products, you open yourself, family and even pet, up to complete well-being. Their compounds aid in processes such as metabolism, are easily absorbed and can be used for both nourishment and healing. They can have a profoundly positive effect on blood circulation, improve immune system efficiency and decrease blood viscosity which in turn benefit the entire body, including the brain. A select few oils however should only be used with extreme care under qualified aromatherapist supervision, but essential oils are for the most part non-invasive and non-toxic. Applications have wonderfully positive effects on every level bringing about beneficial changes especially when applied to the body, but it is their creative use in conjunction with the physical which evokes positive changes on a holistic level.
